Mark was great in assuming the role of a parent for us as well as sales rep, to ensure this first home purchase was not just affordable, but the home was also sound structurally and worth the price they paid. Mark guided them through a number of listing and coached them through the temptation of putting in an offer where there was a chance the price was going to be inflated to a cost not justified by the value. Ultimately they got a home where the owner, thankfully, was not holding multiple offers.
